Our goal everyday is to make everyone who walks through our doors feel like part of our family. The journey of fitness can be lonely and sometimes discouraging. Join the family as we all pursue fitness and cultivate community TOGETHER. Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? You will basically never experience the same workout here at Catalyst. We try to keep routines always evolving and moving with our clients needs instead of memorized routines. The studio nature of our gym enables our owners/trainers to personalize every workout to meet each clients individual goals. What was the inspiration to start or run this business? We LOVE people. We LOVE family. We LOVE fitness. So Catalyst is the combination of all of our passions. We also know that any goal is more successfully reached in a team atmosphere. At Catalyst, we do our best to understand clients needs, discern their motivating factors and facilitate camaraderie What do you love most about your job? The people. Our clients are not just numbers in a file with some basic info. We strive to know each member on a personal level.
